Vacuvia Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Vacuvia! If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Our goal is to ensure a transparent, fair, and smooth experience for all of our customers.

1. Return Window

  • You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it (in accordance with EU consumer protection rights of withdrawal).

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in its original, undamaged packaging with all original tags and labels attached.

2. Items Ineligible for Returns

Certain types of items cannot be returned due to health, hygiene, or customization reasons. The following items are non-returnable:

  • [e.g., Customized or personalized products]

  • Gift cards or clearance sale items (unless defective).

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to info.vacuvia@gmail.com or visit our platform at https://officialvacuvia.store/ with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Approval: Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will send you specific instructions on where and how to ship your package.

  3. Shipping Costs: Unless the item arrived damaged or faulty, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Note: We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as Vacuvia cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Refunds & Processing

  • Once we receive your item, our team will inspect it and notify you of its receipt.

  • We will immediately notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund after inspecting the item.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

  • You will typically see the credit within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer's policies.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at info.vacuvia@gmail.com with your order details and photos of the product and packaging. We will prioritize resolving the issue and cover any replacement shipping costs.
